By renting a vehicle, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the following terms.

• ONLY the undersigned renters of the contract can operate the vehicle.
• The minimum age to rent a vehicle depends on the selected vehicle category and is clearly displayed during the booking process.
• Gasoline is paid by the customer. Also, the renter has the responsibility to bring back the vehicle in the same level of fuel as was that at the beginning of the rental.
• Any damages made to the vehicle by dangerous driving, driving off-road, and motocross driving will be met by a fine from the company. Driving in none asphalt roads is forbidden, and insurance will not cover any kind of damages.
• All kind of traffic fines including any law violation and illegal parking are paid by the rental.
• The renter is responsible for the proper and safe operation of the car.
• Losing or destroying any kind of vehicle accessories is not covered by any insurance. Losing or breaking the key or helmet is not covered by any insurance. In both of the above cases renter is surcharged by the cost of replacement.
• In case of accident, renter must contact the rental company or police immediately. The customer must not move the vehicle from the scene of the accident. If no so, the insurance will refuse any compensation.
• Driver must have a valid driving license held for at least 12 months. For driving licenses that are not written in Latin an international license is required.
• If the company considers that the terms and conditions of the agreement are violated has the right to collect the vehicle immediately. Especially in case of dangerous operation, has the right to claim for compensation.
• When the driver causes an accident under the influence of drugs or alcohol the insurance will refuse any compensation.
• If the customer leaves the key on the vehicle and it is stolen then they are responsible to pay for the full price of the vehicle.
• If the vehicle is not returned at the time of agreement, then the customer will get charged for an extra day.
• The 50cc to 150cc ATVs, must be driven up to 10 km distance around the rental place.
• No ATV should be driven on the high way.
• PAYMENT METHODS: You can pay with Credit card, debit card, IRIS or cash. All rates include 24% VAT.
